Project management, the quiet discipline that keeps a luxury renovation calm.

Project Management
Overview

For clients who have an existing design, from an architect, a previous studio or their own vision, Tim offers standalone project management: leading the full build, procurement and contractor coordination on your behalf. The same quality of oversight, the same trade network and the same direct access to the founder. Bal is available for design consultation and specification review throughout. Equally, if only the design is required and you already have a team to carry out the work, Bal can provide the full drawing package for your contractors to build from.
